Another gift of rich learning and healing. Over the three days I was reminded why I was originally drawn to InSync, the deeper learning of Yoga, and it’s beautiful framework. I really felt so supported and blessed by such a lovely bunch of people, who really enriched my learning experience, how lucky to have been part of this group.
